These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Nix. By purchasing or using our bots, you declare that you agree with these terms.
Contracting parties
These Terms are entered into between Nix and the individual or legal entity that uses our services.
Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.
What we sell
We sell Discord bots with various functions and tools for communities, moderation and automation. Features may vary according to the subscribed plan.
Service and testing environment
Nix is a SaaS service. Experimental features may be made available in beta mode and may change, have limitations or be discontinued.
Use and responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the use of the bots, including any actions performed by them. We are not responsible for misuse or violations of Discord or third-party rules.
Registration and eligibility
You must provide truthful information and keep your data updated. The use of services is intended for users over 13 years of age.
Credentials and security
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, tokens and webhooks and for all activity performed on the account.
License and restrictions
We grant a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Nix during the contracted period. It is prohibited to circumvent limitations, resell the service without authorization, perform reverse engineering or use Nix for illegal purposes.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by partners. Refunds can be requested within 7 calendar days, in accordance with Brazilian legislation. After this period, we do not issue refunds.
Plans and prices
Plans and prices are described on the website and may be changed with prior notice, when applicable, for future cycles.
Applicable legislation
We operate in accordance with Brazilian laws. These terms must be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian legislation.
Jurisdiction
The competent Brazilian jurisdiction is elected, except for different legal provisions.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through:

- Email (if provided)
Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.
